Utilities
Our firm’s earliest legacy begins with our process control system engineering for the Utility industry. Our leadership in this sector was one of the chief factors that ultimately motivated our acquisition by KEMA of The Netherlands, a leader in engineering, consulting, auditing, and testing for the Energy market worldwide.

Today, professional engineering and management staff has preserved that legacy by offering a strong, proven background to help electric power and public water utilities implement new technologies to improve operations, safety, security, and cost efficiency.

Macro’s beginnings are deeply rooted in meeting the process control engineering needs of public utilities since 1967. We are pleased to be able to sustain this successful legacy of serving electric power and public water operators through our parent firm, KEMA.

Consequently, KEMA is uniquely situated to be able to provide domestic and international utility operators the broadest and most integrated set of services available…and all under one roof.

Our engineers work through our parent firm to ensure that our technology and human factors design expertise aligns precisely with the operational needs of each of KEMA’s electric power and public water utility clients to fulfill a wide range of services:
